St James Bramley takes the responsibility of looking after vulnerable people very seriously. We have adopted a Safeguarding Policy to guide our work (see link below).
Safeguarding policy: bramleysafeguardingpolicyrev201812
Youth leaders: All our regular leaders and helpers of groups are committed members of the church and have submitted both Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Forms and Internal Child Protection Forms before they are allowed to work with our young people.
We also take up references about each leader to confirm their suitability for this work.
For any concerns on safeguarding issues please contact our Safeguarding Officer, Ruth Saunders.
In addition, we have adopted the following additional safeguarding policies:
Adults at risk safeguarding policy: parish safeguarding policy adults at risk 201811
Domestic violence policy: pccdomesticviolencestatement201708
